Please note - We reserve the right to cancel on the day if the above is not adhered to and you will still be charged.
Please note - When booking a ball pit or a package that includes a ball pit we take a ball deposit of £20. This is a ball deposit and will be refunded via bank transfer or cash on collection, provided the balls are put back into the sacks and are ready to be collected by us prior to collection. We will not refund the deposit if the team have to pack away the balls. This is written into the terms and conditions. Thank you
