Delivery & Collection Times
VENUE BOOKINGS - Please ensure you have hired the venue for a minimum of 30 minutes for every ONE to TWO products ordered, EITHER SIDE of your party start time and party finish time for delivery and collection of the products. This is important to allow enough time to set up and pack away.
For example: Based on hiring ONE to TWO products, if you have hired the venue from 12pm-5pm your party times can be 12.30pm-4.30pm leaving us time to set up prior to your party starting and time to pack away before you need to vacate the venue. IF YOU ARE HIRING 3 OR MORE PRODUCTS, PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 45 MINUTES to 1 HOUR SET UP TIME AND THE SAME AGAIN AT THE END OF THE PARTY FOR THE COLLECTION TIME.
Our standard working day is until 6pm therefore collections needed after 6pm will be subject to an additional charge.
Late collection charges: 6.30pm £15, 7pm £20, 7.30pm £25, 8pm £30, 8.30pm £35, 9pm £40, 9.30pm £50, 10pm £60.
HOME BOOKINGS - We have two options for home deliveries. If your party is due to start at 11am or prior to 11am you have the option on the booking form to guarantee an early drop off time. This is a 1hr slot for delivery between 8am-9am for a £15 charge.
Our second option is the flexible 3 hour delivery window of 8am-11am. Unfortunately you cannot specify an exact time as the drop off time will depend on the drivers bookings and routes taken on the day. Please be ready and expect delivery at any time during those hours.
Collection slots for home hires are 3-4pm, 4-5pm and 5-6pm these are 1hr slots and our drivers will arrive at any time during that hour slot.
You can opt for a later collection time at an additional charge.

If you would like to hire a castle overnight (subject to availability and subject to what castle) you will be able to find a "two day hire" option on the calendar IF the castle is not already booked out for the following day.
Home hires - please note that we may arrive later than your chosen collection slot - this is due to the venue bookings taking preference over the home hires because of their strict timings.
