Power Source: ELECTRICAL MAINS SOCKET REQUIRED within 25 metres. We do not supply generators.

VENUE BOOKINGS- Please ensure you have hired the venue for a minimum of 30 minutes EITHER SIDE of your party start and party finish times for delivery and collection of the castle. This is important to allow enough time to set up and pack away.

HOME BOOKINGS - We have a 3 hour delivery window of 8am-11am. Unfortunately you cannot specify a time as the drop off time will depend on the drivers bookings and route taken on the day. Please be ready and expect delivery at any time during those hours.

Collection slots for home hires are 3-4pm, 4-5pm and 5-6pm. Opt for a later collection time at an additional cost - details can be found on the booking form. Please note that we may arrive later than your chosen collection slot - this is due to the venue bookings taking preference over the home hires because of their strict timings.

Please note - When booking a ball pit or a package that includes a ball pit we take a ball deposit of £20. Please see below for more info.

This is a ball deposit and will be refunded via bank transfer within 24 hrs of collection or cash returned to you on the day - depending on your original payment method. This is only refundable providing the balls are put back into the sacks and are ready to be collected by us prior to your collection time. We will not refund the deposit if the team have to pack away the balls. This is written into the terms and conditions. Thank you
