This is what's included in our fabulous Rainbow package 1

Our team of highly trained staff will go over the full safety procedure upon the set up of the soft play and discuss any questions you may have. As a member of the BIHA ,TIPE and the Bouncy Castle Network we maintain an extremely high standard of safety and maintenance.

Please allow 30 minutes either side of your allocated drop off and collection times for our team to set up and clear away.

Please note - When booking a ball pit or a package that includes a ball pit we take a ball deposit of £20. Please see below for more info.

This is a ball deposit and will be refunded via bank transfer within 24 hrs of collection or cash returned to you on the day - depending on your original payment method. This is only refundable providing the balls are put back into the sacks and are ready to be collected by us prior to your collection time. We will not refund the deposit if the team have to pack away the balls. This is written into the terms and conditions. Thank you
