Please allow thirty minutes either side of your allocated pick up and collection times for our team to erect and secure your castle.
Please note - When booking a ball pit or a package that includes a ball pit we take a ball deposit of £20. This is a ball deposit and will be refunded via bank transfer up to 24 hrs after collection, provided the balls are put back into the sacks and are ready to be collected by us prior to collection. We will not refund the deposit if the team have to pack away the balls. This is written into the terms and conditions. Thank you
