Soft play is strictly for indoor hire only

VENUE BOOKINGS- Please ensure you have hired the venue for a minimum of 30 minutes EITHER SIDE of your party start and party finish times for delivery and collection of the castle. This is important to allow enough time to set up and pack away.

Please note - When booking a ball pit or a package that includes a ball pit we take a ball deposit of £20. This is a ball deposit and will be refunded via bank transfer up to 24 hrs after collection, provided the balls are put back into the sacks and are ready to be collected by us prior to collection. We will not refund the deposit if the team have to pack away the balls. This is written into the terms and conditions. Thank you
